_مبادرة دارفور للعدالة والسلام_ (بيان رقم 168) *دعوة ومناشدة ورجاء

نحن في _مبادرة دارفور للعدالة والسلام_ نجدد إدانتنا لكل الجرائم الوحشية التي إرتكبها الجيش السوداني والكتائب الإسلامية المساندة له عقب دخولهم لمدينة ود مدني والتي راح ضحيتها أعدادا كبيرة من إخوتنا الجنوب سودانيين حرقا وذبحا ورميا بالرصاص نسأل الله لهم الرحمة والمغفرة.
نحن إذ ندين هذه الجرائم والتي لا تأتي إلا من منزوعي الضمير والإنسانية والذين يعلم إخوتنا الجنوبيين سلوكلهم وعنصريتهم في الفرز الاجتماعي والعرقي علي أساس اللون والدين والجهة ،والتي بدورها تقودنا في القطرين أن نسلك الطرق القانونية ومبدأ المحاسبة والادانة وعدم الإفلات من العقاب ورد إعتبار إخوتنا الجنوبيين من خلال تقديم الشكوي للمحاكم الدولية ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان بتورط دولة السودان في جرائم ضد الإنسانية وتطهير عرقي وعدم إحترام ومعاملة الأجانب وذلك بعيدا عن ردة الفعل آلتي تجعل إخوتنا في جنوب السودان ينتهجوا ذات السلوك.
إن الأحداث المؤسفة التي وردتنا من مدينة جوبا ضد المواطنيين السودانيين العزل المقيمين بدولة جنوب السودان سواء المقيمين منذ سنين طويلة أو الذين لجاؤا إليها هروبا من جحيم الحرب وأتخذوها ملجأ وملاذا آمنا لإيمانهم بأننا في الأصل شعبا وأحدا في قطرين تجعلنا نرسل رجاءاتنا ودعواتنا لإخواننا في دولة جنوب السودان حكومة وشعبا بحماية السودانيين من أي تهديد أو اذي فقط لأنهم لجاؤا إليكم لأنهم اخوانكم وأنتم اقرب إلي وجدانهم، شردهم نفس القاتل المتوحش الذي ساهم في تقسيم وطننا إلي دولتين
ومن هذا المنطلق فإننا في _مبادرة دارفور للعدالة والسلام_ نناشد السيد الجنرال/ سلفاكير ميارديت رئيس جمهورية جنوب السودان وأعضاء حكومته الموقرين والذين نثق في بذلهم كل الجهود لحماية أرواح وممتلكات مواطنيهم ولا نقول ضيوفهم فنحن شعب وأحد رغما عن كل الذين أرادوا لنا الإنفصال الجغرافي والوجداني، كما نناشد الإخوة شعب جنوب السودان الأبي العظيم بأن لا يتعاملوا بردود الأفعال تجاه إخوتهم الذين إستجاروا بهم من ويلات الحرب فأجاروهم وأكرموهم وأحسنوا إليهم.
نناشدكم بأن أوقفوا فورا أي إعتداء علي أرواح وممتلكات إخوتكم السودانيين وعلينا أن نتذكر الروح الجميلة عندما وقف كل الشعب الجنوبي يشجع المنتخب السوداني الذي إختار ان يلعب مبارياته علي ملعب جوبا ولنتذكر روح الراحل جون قرنق ديمبيور وروح الراحل دينق قوج الحلوة عقب فوز منتخب السودان علي منتخب جنوب السودان ولنتذكر كلمات الجميلة (سابيلا جون) علي راديو جوبا التي إحتفي بها كل المناضلين والشرفاء الذين قالوا لا للحرب في السودان.
نناشدكم أن حكموا صوت العقل وفوتوا الفرصة علي الذين يريدون زرع الفتنة من جديد بيننا والذين تعلمونهم جيدا.

Statement No. 168

A Call, a Plea, and a Hope

We, at the Darfur
Initiative for Justice and Peace, reiterate our condemnation of all the heinous crimes committed by the Sudanese army and its allied Islamist militias following their entry into the city of Wad Madani. These crimes resulted in the killing, burning, and shooting of a large number of our South Sudanese brothers. We ask God for their mercy and forgiveness.
We condemn these crimes, which only emanate from those devoid of conscience and humanity. Our South Sudanese brothers are well aware of their behavior and racism in social and racial segregation based on color, religion, and region. These actions compel us in both countries to pursue legal avenues, accountability, and condemnation, ensuring that perpetrators do not go unpunished and that the honor of our South Sudanese brothers is restored. This can be achieved by filing complaints with international courts and human rights organizations regarding Sudan’s involvement in crimes against humanity, ethnic cleansing, and the disrespect and mistreatment of foreigners. This should be done independently of any reactive measures that might lead our brothers in South Sudan to adopt similar behavior.
The unfortunate events we have received from Juba against unarmed Sudanese civilians residing in South Sudan, whether they have been residents for many years or have sought refuge there to escape the horrors of war, compel us to send our pleas and calls to our brothers in the government and people of South Sudan to protect the Sudanese from any threats or harm simply because they have sought refuge with you, for they are your brothers and you are closest to their hearts. They were displaced by the same savage killer who contributed to the division of our nation into two states.
Therefore, we at the Darfur Initiative for Justice and Peace call upon General Salva Kiir Mayardit, President of the Republic of South Sudan, and the members of his esteemed government, in whom we have great faith, to exert all efforts to protect the lives and property of their fellow citizens. We do not say “guests” because we are one people, regardless of those who wanted to separate us geographically and emotionally. We also call upon the great people of South Sudan not to retaliate against their brothers who have sought refuge with them from the horrors of war, who have sheltered them, honored them, and treated them well.
We urge you to heed the voice of reason and deny those who seek to sow discord among us once again, those whom you know well.
